C.E.S. is in its 12th year of using Sentricon® to protect homes and businesses. All of our technicians and office personnel have gone through the Dow AgroSciences Sentricon Training School.

C.E.S. has one of the best records for on time checking and quickest time to elimination for the St. Louis area. C.E.S. consistently exceeeded the standards of the Dow "Commitment to Excellence Program". This program requires that we maintain a 95% on time system checking record and an "excellent overall" customer satisfaction rating. In Dow AgroSciences Customer Satisfaction Surveys, C.E.S. always has one of the highest ratings for the St. Louis area.

C.E.S. suppplies the customer with a computer-generated graph of their property, showing the approximate location of the stations and current information on the status of each individual station. We also maintain a quarterly running log on the system progress for each property. With C.E.S., there is always someone available to answer questions about Sentricon or your individual system.
